We do things a little different at Startup Production. Why? We are a small business that supports small businesses. We understand the challenges, the rewards, the needs and the budget. We offer flexible options, with less chaos, less smoke and mirrors, and more control back to the business owner. We are experienced (with over 25 years in business) with web design, graphic design, internet marketing, social media marketing, SEO and analytics, office management, bookkeeping, team leadership and growth strategies for small businesses. Startup Production operates at the intersection of design, marketing, operations, and administration, understanding that these areas don’t function independently in real life.

Startup Production does not follow the crowd and offer the standard services with monthly fees, cookie-cutter packages and exorbitant hourly rates. We decided long ago to build a business model that is small business friendly and take a unique approach to the way we market, the way we work with our clients, the way we design and build websites and marketing plans – with a focus on prioritizing our client’s wants and needs. We are honest, affordable, flexible, professional and committed to finishing what we start. We put our customers first and we have a passion to support small business. We have nearly 30 years’ experience. We love what we do and we have a passion to serve small businesses, so we feel blessed to be serving the community for that long.
Our team works together for you. Our team of professionals works behind the scenes to bring a variety of skillsets to the table. Nicole is the primary contact for all customers and the lead designer on all projects.
Our sites are made in Kentucky. We do not use offshore or international third-party designers or contract services. All the work is done here in Kentucky, and all of our subcontractors and employees are local to Central Kentucky or located in the United States. When you call us, you are NEVER directed to a third-party call center, you speak to the owner of the business exclusively.
We excel at client communication. Whether on the phone, through email, text or in person, we offer professional Customer Service with excellent people-skills, confidentiality, on-going support & loyal, responsive service.
We finish what we start. We don’t disappear mid-project or even post-project. We work on your timeframe and we communicate with you throughout the stages of the project to ensure the project is completed according to your needs and wants.
We educate & train. We provide our customers a wealth of information about SEO, Content Marketing & Small Business support in person, in meetings with our clients, in our email marketing and monthly on our blogs. We can also teach you to independently update and add content to your new site. We ensure that all our clients are trained and ready to update, revise, post and add content to their site themselves, as often as they like without having to be dependent on anyone else – saving them a great deal of time and money!
No monthly fees and no monthly contracts. We are here when you need us, and waiting in the wings when you don’t.
Affordable Packages & Fully Custom Packages. Each business is unique in regards to their needs, their budget and the time they can invest in their marketing, so you can choose from one of our six packages. If your business’ website has specific needs, then we can customize an estimate according to your specialized needs with functionality, design and content.
We don’t just manage, we teach. If you cannot afford to hire a ongoing marketing manager, we also offer training, workshops and ongoing consulting to get your team skilled and ready to take over your business’ marketing needs.
